Can I keep and use the crystals after the candle has burned?

Yes. Each Balanced Universe candle is intentionally designed so the crystals can be kept once the candle has finished burning.

When the wax has fully cooled, the crystals can be gently removed, cleaned, and kept for their energetic and symbolic qualities — whether that’s as part of a personal ritual, placed in the home, or simply kept as an object of meaning.

As with the candle itself, how you choose to use them is entirely personal.

What are your candles made from?

Our candles are made using carefully selected materials and fragrances, chosen for their quality, performance, and sensory balance. Each candle is designed to be both decorative and functional, intended to be enjoyed responsibly in the home.

Are your candles handmade?

Yes. Our candles are produced in small batches, which means slight variations may occur. We see this as part of the character of the product rather than a flaw.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time varies depending on the candle size and how it’s cared for. To get the most from your candle, always follow the care guidance provided on the product page and packaging.

How should I look after my candle?

For best results:

Trim the wick before each burn
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
Never burn for longer than recommended
Always place on a heat-resistant surface

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship throughout the UK and to selected international destinations.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I return my order?

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Candles must be unused and in their original packaging. Used or burned candles cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your candles safe?

Our candles are safe when used responsibly and in accordance with standard candle safety guidance. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
