We hope you love your candle. If it’s not quite right, here’s how refunds and returns work.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
Please allow a few working days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If an item is faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We’ll make it right.
Made-to-Order Items (Future)
When we introduce made-to-order candles, these will be non-returnable unless faulty, as they are created specifically for you. This will be clearly stated at purchase.
